As our warehouse is based in Northern Rivers NSW outside of a CBD area, Australia Post does not offer the “guaranteed overnight delivery” with Express Post satchels, so we just call it Fast Post 🙂
The anticipated delivery time of online orders in Australia is 3-7 days, if all your products are currently in stock. You will be notified by email of the expected date of delivery if the product is not in stock, in this case delivery time is generally 4-10 days.
Choosing the Express Post upgrade option at checkout will still speed up your order, but please add one more day onto your city calculations. If you are local, staying with Standard Post will probably get to you just as fast.
Spend over $100 and you are rewarded with Free Standard Shipping anyhow!
NO CHANGE OF MIND EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Please read the following conditions and choose carefully as we do not provide refund, exchange or credit for change of mind or gift returns in any circumstances. Once items are dispatched, they are considered used whether the product has been opened or not.
There is no negotiation on this policy as we are bound by strict Health & Safety regulations due to the intimate nature of the products.
Costumes & Sexy Gear can be exchanged for sizing reasons only and if:
- unworn/undamaged/in original resaleable condition
- you contact us prior to posting & return the item within 7 days of receipt
- we agree to the exchange, subject to our discretion.
There is still no exchange or refund for: change of mind on clothing.
If you have items you would like to exchange for size, or defective goods, contact us before returning them.
NOTICE ON DEFECTIVE GOODS
Defective or faulty goods within their warranty period (all our vibrating items have a manufacturing faults guarantee with differing periods) will be replaced if accompanied by a copy of the receipt of purchase and if deemed to be faulty upon our inspection. In this case, we bear the roundtrip delivery charge accrued for all defective exchanges. If the product is not defective or exchanged because the customer simply changed their mind, the customer is responsible for the roundtrip delivery charge.
