There is this urban and country myth that if you are labeled a slut, you are too sexual, definitely promiscuous, too loose in your thinking and a dirty girl who will fuck anyone.
Mmmmm, I challenge this definition. We can redefine the word slut in the English language and make it a positive affirmation. Just as niggers took the nigger slander and made it their own.
SALACIOUS LUSCIOUS UNDERSTANDING TRUST
SENSATIONAL LOVING UNHIBITED TRINITY
Together, we are going to reclaim the word slut in Western society and in the English language. Society has used it as a negative label for a woman who is free in her sexuality, who explores, shares and expresses her unique sensual beauty. The slut has had a bad reputation.
This is bullshit. A slut is a woman who knows herself, who feeds her fantasies and nurtures her desires and she is open to realising them. She is centred in her Divine sexuality and is able to share pleasure and enjoy interactions with multiple energies… simultaneously in time perhaps.
She is Salacious* & Luscious yet Understanding and you can Trust her. She will communicate with clarity, honesty and openness. She will support you to make your own healthy choices.
She is Sensous, Nurturing & Loving and Uninhibited** in her responses and lavishes attention on you…she is a Goddess, a Divine Being who at times is painfully human. But the source of it all is the divinity of Shakti…and the Trinity of Spirit.
Now lets look at our society’s definition of some of these words I came up with in my meditation…
* salacious [səˈleɪʃəs] adj
1. having an excessive interest in sex
2. (of books, magazines, etc.) erotic, bawdy, or lewd
[from Latin salīre “to leap”]
So this theorizes that there is a certain amount of interest in sex that can be measured as excessive, against some type of standard…who says what is a healthy level of interest in sex? I believe our interest and enjoyment in sex is totally personal and what one may consider excessive is pure fun games to others. The latin root indicates that a Salacious person is one who leaps into activities with enthusiasm and great energy!
** uninhibited ʌnɪnˈhɪbɪtɪd adj
1. not inhibited or restricted: uninhibited freedom to act
2. not restrained by social convention or usage; unconstrained
Why be restrained by social convention?
Let’s regain our freedom to act as we like.
